Al Bida’a Shisha Lounge

Al-Tawazon Company, as the Main Contractor, was responsible for the design, construction, and complete fit-out of the Al Bida’a Shisha Lounge Café. The scope of works included civil works, interior finishes, kitchen works, lighting, decorative elements, and specialized finishes such as microcement wall applications and custom cashier counters f inished with walnut wood paint. The project was executed under a strict schedule of 30 working days, due to the limited timeframe prior to the New Year. Despite the tight deadline, the works were completed and submitted on time, delivering a high-quality hospitality space that meets the client’s requirements and reflects a refined and inviting ambiance.
