Alkhiran Shaleh Chalet

Al Khiran Chalet is a premium waterfront development consisting of high-end chalets built along Kuwait’s southern coast. Our scope included full structural works, architectural finishes, MEP systems, and external landscaping. One major challenge was managing construction activities near the shoreline, which posed risks related to water pressure and soil instability. To address this, we implemented a customized dewatering system and reinforced foundation design to ensure structural integrity and uninterrupted progress. This project reflects our capability to deliver complex hospitality developments in sensitive coastal environments with high-quality execution and engineering solutions.
