Chevron has a longstanding presence in Kuwait, primarily operating in the onshore Partitioned Zone (PZ) along the Saudi–Kuwait border through a joint venture with Kuwait Gulf Oil Company. The company is engaged in crude oil and natural gas exploration and production, with output shared equally between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. After resuming operations in 2008 following a five-year suspension, Chevron continues to invest in enhanced oil recovery technologies to improve production efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
The company also maintains a liaison office in Kuwait City, supporting ongoing partnerships and technical collaboration within the country’senergy sector. As part of this operational development, Altawazon Company was involved in essential infrastructure works, supporting the establishment of vital services and facilities within Chevron’s operational areas.
