As the Main Contractor, successfully executed and delivered the Suma Cold Store – Phase One in 2009, with a total built-up area of 8,000 m². Based on the client’s trust and our commitment to quality and compliance with all approved drawings, specifications, and local authority requirements, Phase Two of the project was awarded to Al-Tawazon Company, covering a built-up area of 3,500 m². The project involves the construction, completion, commissioning, and maintenance of the building and associated structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works, including the procurement of all necessary approvals and the rectification of defects during the defects liability period, highly sophisticated development with fully integrated building
